These terms cover the use of 3dxrenderstudio.com and the general basis on which 3DX Render Studio (“we”, “us”) takes on visualization work. Each project also has its own written proposal and services agreement; where they differ from this page, the signed project documents come first.
Using this website
You may browse the site and share links to it. The images on this site are our work or work produced with the design firms credited alongside it, and are protected by copyright — please don't reproduce, redistribute or use them in your own materials without written permission.
Brand names and logos that appear inside project images belong to their respective owners and are shown as part of the built environment we visualized. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from those brands.
Quotes and proposals
Prices given on enquiry are estimates until we issue a written proposal. A proposal sets out the views, deliverables, schedule, included feedback rounds and fee, and is valid for 30 days. Work begins once the proposal is accepted and the deposit is received.
Payment
Projects are booked with a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable once modeling has started. The balance is due on approval of the final views, on Net 15 terms, and final files are released once payment has cleared. Overdue balances may carry interest at 1.5% per month.
Revisions and scope
You'll see draft views of every camera angle before anything is finalized. The number of feedback rounds included is stated in your proposal. Additional rounds, added views, and design changes made after modeling has started are quoted separately before we carry them out.
Delivery and usage rights
We own the images until payment is received in full. On payment in full you receive an unlimited, perpetual right to use the delivered images for presentations, planning submissions, marketing, listings and social media. Source scene files, models and project assets remain ours unless a separate transfer is agreed in writing.
Renders may include licensed third-party models, textures and entourage. Those elements are licensed for use within the delivered images and may not be extracted or resold.
Portfolio and confidentiality
We may show finished work, including the project name and the collaborating design firm, in our portfolio and marketing, unless you ask us in writing not to. We're glad to hold work confidential before public release, and to sign your non-disclosure agreement.
What renders are and aren't
Visualizations are illustrative. They're produced from the drawings and information supplied to us and are not construction documents, surveys, or guarantees of as-built appearance. Please make sure the drawings and specifications you send us are current.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page from time to time; the effective date above will change when we do. Projects already underway continue under the terms in their signed documents.
